Is your service guaranteed?

King’s Clean Up offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all its clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your home until you are 100% satisfied.


Are you insured?

We treat your home with the greatest care. However, should damage or breakage occur, we will have the item repaired or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate. King’s Clean Up is insured.


Do I need to be home when you clean?

You can be home if you like , but it is not necessary.  Clients may provide King's Clean Up with a key that is secured off-site in a security box when not in use. Or, you can leave the key in a safe place on your property.  We can also enter the house using a client-supplied garage code.  Alarm codes would have to be provided or the system disabled on scheduled cleaning days (using key-entry only).


Will the same team member always clean my home?

Our goal is to have the same team member clean your home or office every time. However, circumstances like sickness, weather, holidays or other unfortunate circumstances may result in a different team member cleaning your home or office.  While this situation would be rare, you may elect to reschedule your cleaning appointment if you are uncomfortable with a replacement cleaner coming into your home or office on your regularly scheduled day. 


When can I schedule a cleaning?

For residential clients, King's Clean Up schedules cleanings by appointment. Our cleaning schedule is mainly Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 


For commerical clients, King's Clean Up will establish schedules and routines specific to the client's needs. This may be weekly, daily or monthly. Quarterly Service reviews will be conducted with the client or on-site manager to ensure the company's needs are being met over the long term. We are committed to establishing a proactive relationship with our commercial clients.


Something came up and I need to cancel. What do I do?

We understand that "stuff" happens to everyone. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, we will reschedule your cleaning or skip that cleaning and plan for the next scheduled visit, depending on your fequency. Please keep in mind that the next visit may take longer which may affect the price.


However, if in the event you reschedule for non-emergency circumstances within 24 hours of your visit, you will be charged a $25.00 rescheduling fee payable on your next visit.


What do I have to do before a house cleaning?

In order to provide you with a high quality service, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up personal clothing, toys and other household items. The fewer items that need to be picked up, the more we can concentrate on actual cleaning.


I have some extra things I'd like cleaned this time. Do I have to pay extra?

Yes, you may. Each family's home we clean have differening needs and priorities, so we discuss what they want cleaned and customize our cleaning plan to their needs. If you have anything that needs to be cleaned that is outside of that plan, yes there may be an extra cost. Please contact us in advance of your scheduled visit to discuss the extra items you need done so that we can determine what, if any, extra costs there are and how much more time those extra tasks might take.


What do I have to do before an office cleaning?

In order to provide you with a high quality service, we ask you to take a few minutes to clear any flat surfaces that you would like to be cleaned.  We will not touch any items on desks.


Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?

We use our own supplies and equipment. However, if you prefer we use your supplies and equipment, we would be pleased to accommodate your request.


What would the cleaning crew not clean?

We will not clean:

  • Human or pet feces, vomit, urine, blood or other bodily fluids due to biohazard and sanitary reasons.
  • Unknown or unidentified chemicals.

If we encounter items of this nature, we will not clean the area and notify the homeowner of its presence in the household.


How do I leave special instructions for my cleaning team?

Please call or contact us the day prior to your cleaning with any special instructions.
